National Grid Ri Heat Pump Water Heater Rebate - The Broomfield Water Rebate Program promotes water efficiency by providing incentives, like credits on your water bill. Qualifying applications will be processed following May 1, 2020. All applications received prior to May 1st will receive a rebate check. If the credit amount is greater than the balance of your account, they will be carried over to the following billing period. Credits will be applied to the next bills until the credit is empty. Customers who end service will receive a payment for the remaining balance.
