Approved applications will be processed following May 1, 2020. Applications received before the deadline will be eligible to receive a rebate check. If your credit balance is higher than the amount you owe on your bill The credit will be carried into the next billing period. Credits will be applied on future bills until they are diminished. Customers who cancel service will receive a cheque for the remaining balance.
