Toowoomba Regional Council Water Tank Rebate - The Broomfield Water Rebate Program promotes efficiency in water use through incentives such as credits that you can apply to your water bill. Applications that qualify will be processed following May 1, 2020. Applications submitted before the date will be eligible for a rebate check. If the amount of credits you receive exceeds the balance of your account and exceed the amount of your bill, they will carry over to the following billing period. Credits will be applied to future bills until they are gone. Customers who cease service are issued a bill for the remaining balance.
