Electric Heat Pump Water Heater Rebates - The Broomfield Water Rebate Program encourages water efficiency by providing incentives, like credits that are applied to your water bill. The eligible applications will be reviewed after May 1, 2020. Applications submitted before May 1st will receive a rebate check. If the amount of credits you receive exceeds the balance of your account then they will be carried forward to the next billing period. Credits will be applied to the next charges until the credits are run out. Customers who stop service will receive a cheque for the remaining balance.
