Franklin County Soil & Water Conservation Rebate - The Broomfield Water Rebate Program encourages efficiency in water use through incentives such as credits applied to your bill. Application for eligibility will be considered after May 1, 2020, and applications before May 1st will receive a rebate check. If the credit amount is greater than the amount of your bill it will be carried forward to the next period. Credits will be applied to future invoices until the credits have been reduced. If you stop service, you receive a refund for the remaining balance.
