In the event of qualifying applications, they will be processed beginning on May 1, 2020. Those who apply before this date will receive a rebate check. If the credit is more than the balance of your bill and exceed the amount of your bill, they will carry forward to the next period. Credits are applied to subsequent bills until credits are exhausted. Customers who cancel service will be sent a check for the remaining balance.
